ScheduleRow

Deadlines from a sheet, on your calendar

A list of due dates is easy to keep in a sheet and easy to forget. ScheduleRow puts each one on your calendar and can email you before it's due.

Steps

  1. One deadline per row: a Task column and a Due date column, plus notes if you like. No time needed: each becomes an all-day event.
  2. Open ScheduleRow (Extensions → ScheduleRow → Open). In an empty tab it offers a Deadlines sample to start from.
  3. Tick Send email reminders, choose how long before, and send them to me.
  4. Press Save and sync.

Due dates worked out by formulas (=EDATE(B2,12) for a yearly renewal) work too; the calendar follows the value.
