ScheduleRow

Terms of Service

Last updated: DRAFT, 2026-10-22. This draft must be reviewed by the owner before publication.

These terms are an agreement between you and Gladis Technologies LLC ("we") for your use of ScheduleRow. By installing or using ScheduleRow you agree to them.

The service

ScheduleRow creates, updates and removes Google Calendar events from rows in a Google Sheet you choose, and can send email reminders to the people in those rows. You stay responsible for the contents of your sheet and calendar.

Your responsibilities

We may suspend reminders or accounts that generate spam complaints or abuse, to protect other users.

Plans and payment

The free plan has the limits shown at sign-up. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time and you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for. If ScheduleRow doesn't work for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

Availability

We work to keep ScheduleRow running and your events accurate, but it depends on Google's services, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose; your sheet remains the source of truth.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ScheduleRow is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed appointment or lost business.

Ending

You can stop using ScheduleRow and remove its access at any time. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, and will refund any unused prepaid period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
