Privacy Policy
Last updated: DRAFT, 2026-10-23. This draft must be reviewed by the owner before publication.
ScheduleRow is operated by Gladis Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("we"). This policy explains what ScheduleRow accesses, why, what we keep, and for how long.
What we access, and why
- Your Google account's name, email address and account ID, to identify your account, send you service emails, and handle billing.
- The spreadsheet you connect to ScheduleRow: only the sheet you choose. We read the tab you pick and use only the columns you map (for example date, time, title, location, client email, notes) to work out which calendar events to create, change or remove. We add one hidden column to that tab, holding an ID for each row, so a row keeps its event when you sort or move it.
- Google Calendar events that ScheduleRow creates, on the calendar you choose, so we can keep them in step with your sheet. We don't read, change or delete events ScheduleRow didn't create.
- Client email addresses in your sheet, only if you turn on reminders, to send those clients the reminders you configure.
- Payment details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We don't request access to your Gmail, your contacts, or your Google Drive as a whole.
What we keep
- Your account details and the sync settings you choose (which sheet, tab, columns and calendar, and your reminder timing).
- The access Google grants ScheduleRow, so it can sync while your sheet is closed.
- For each synced row: its ID, the event it matches, and the values from your mapped columns at the last sync, so we can tell what changed. These values can include your clients' names and email addresses.
- A record of the reminders we sent (to whom and when), so we don't send one twice.
- Technical logs (IP address, time, the request and any error) for security and troubleshooting.
This website sets no cookies of its own and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
Google API Services: Limited Use
ScheduleRow's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In particular:
- We use Google user data only to provide and improve the ScheduleRow features you see and use.
- We don't sell it, and we don't use it or transfer it for advertising, credit checks or lending.
- We don't use data from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models.
- We transfer it to others only as needed to run ScheduleRow (the service providers below), to comply with the law, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, after telling you.
- No person reads it unless you ask us to (for example in a support request), it's needed for security (such as investigating abuse), it's needed to comply with the law, or it's aggregated and anonymised for internal operations.
Your clients' information
When you put your clients' details in a sheet you connect, we process them on your behalf, only to sync your calendar and send the reminders you set up. You're responsible for having the right to use those details and to send those reminders. If a client asks us about their data, we'll refer them to you, or act on their request where the law requires it.
Every reminder has a one-click unsubscribe. When a client unsubscribes, we keep their email address on a do-not-email list, so they aren't emailed again, even after you delete your account.
Who processes data for us
We use a small number of service providers, only to run ScheduleRow:
- Amazon Web Services: hosting and storage, in the United States.
- Cloudflare: network, this website, and email routing.
- Resend: sending reminder and service emails.
- Stripe: payments.
Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to us. Your data is stored and processed in the United States.
How long we keep it
- While your account is active: everything listed under "What we keep".
- When you disconnect ScheduleRow, delete your account, or remove its access in your Google account: we delete your data within 30 days, and revoke the access Google gave us. Encrypted backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.
- Logs: deleted after 30 days.
- Kept longer: billing records, for as long as tax law requires, and the do-not-email list.
Events ScheduleRow already created are part of your Google Calendar, so they stay there unless you choose to remove them.
Security
All connections to ScheduleRow use HTTPS. The access Google grants ScheduleRow is encrypted at rest. Our servers accept no direct connections from the internet, and administrative access uses short-lived, individually issued credentials.
Your rights and choices
- Remove ScheduleRow's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, or for its correction or deletion, at privacy@schedulerow.com. We answer within 30 days.
- We don't sell or share personal information, as California law defines those terms.
Children
You must be at least 18 to hold a ScheduleRow account. ScheduleRow isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email account holders before the change takes effect, and update the date at the top.
